The International Journal of Trade in Services publishes high quality theoretical and empirical papers in the topic of trade in Services. It is an international refereed journal aiming to establish and promote effective communication channels for professionals, scholars, academic and research institutions in the broader area of Services science.
The emphasis will be on empirical, conceptual and applied research papers, case studies and book reviews, dealing with current practices, future prospects, development and trends in the field of Services.
Subject Coverage (but not exhaustive)
Services management and marketing, technology, operations, quality management, customer relationship management, public services, human resources, processes, E- services and international trade issues on services topics.
All papers are double refereed to ensure the Journal’s validity and relevance. Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication in other Journals.
