International Journal of Journal of Hybrid Computation Intelligence is a peer-reviewed National journal that publishes the recent advancements in the field of information technology and computing science with fuzzy & neural network applications. All material submitted would be acknowledged on receipt and subject to peer review. 2. Copyright: Only original papers will be accepted and copyright of the published papers will be vested with the publisher. It is the author’s responsibility to obtain written permission to reproduce material that has appeared in another publication. Only articles that have not been published previously, that have not been submitted elsewhere, and that are not under review for another publication in any medium (e.g., printed journal, conference proceeding, electronic, or optical medium) should be submitted to IJJHCI. The IJJHCI editors will assume that submission of an article to this journal implies that all the foregoing conditions are applicable. 3. Format of submitted material: All manuscripts must be submitted in triplicate and typed on standard A4 – size using Times New Roman Regular Font (12) with adequate margins, including references and captions, must be typed double-spaced. The first page of the manuscript must bear the title of the paper and the full names of the authors as well as their affiliations; full addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. In the case of multiple authors, please indicate which author is to receive correspondence and proofs. 4. Organization of an article: In general, the background and purpose of the study should be stated first, followed by details of the methods, materials, procedures, and equipment used. Findings, discussion, and conclusions should follow in that order. Appendixes may be employed where appropriate. 5. Bibliography: The accuracy and completeness of the references is the responsibility of the author. References to personal letters, papers presented at meetings, and other unpublished material may be included. 6. Electronic Manuscript Submission: A hard copy of your manuscript should always accompany the electronic version. Please ensure that the electronic version of the manuscript matches the printed one, they must be identical and it should be sent in a CD form. The same may be sent through e-mail: serials@bol.net.in. We prefer to receive manuscripts prepared in Microsoft Word (the figures should be in TIFF or JPEG format alone) 7. Before You Send Your Files: You should sign a copyright transfer form, which can be downloaded. Name your document file using your surname and the standard three-letter extension that identifies the file format (for example, “article.doc” or “Ramesh.txt”). Label the disk clearly with the journal name and the file name (for example,–IJJHCI-Suresh.doc). Avoid vague file names such as “preeti.doc” or “article.tex”. Also label with the word processing program and version used. Please scan your disks for viruses before you send them, and keep a copy of what you send in a safe place in case any of the files need to be replaced.
