1. Articles should be in English. The mode of presentation should be in third person.
2. All submitted manuscripts must be original work that is not under submission at another journal or under consideration for publication in another form. The copyright of the articles accepted for publication becomes the property of journal and reproduction of any part of the paper elsewhere is not allowed without the permission of the publisher. Contributors are required to sign a declaration to this effect while submitting their articles.
3. The Editor-in-chief is not responsible for damage or loss of articles submitted. Neither the Editor-in-chief can be accepting responsibility for opinions expressed in the journal.
4. Submissions should be sent electronically through Online Submissions, indicated on the left side of this page. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two experts or specialists in the field.
5. All manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word format and PDF format according to the template provided in the link. No manuscript should ordinarily exceed 10 typed pages, including figures and tables.
6. Authors should provide full mailing address including e-mail. The corresponding author should be clearly indicated, in a footnote appearing on the first page of the article.
7. An abstract of 100 to 200 words should appear in the first page of the manuscript. It should be self-contained and understandable by the general reader outside the context of the article. It should be free from formulae, acronyms and references. The abstract should be followed by a list of up to 5 keywords.
8. All sections and subsections of the article should be numbered in Arabic numerals.
9. All equations (expect for very short ones) should be displayed on a separate line. Equations which are cited in the main text should be numbered consecutively on the right margin, using Arabic numerals in parentheses.
10. References should be listed sequentially in the order they appear in the text.

ABSTRACT
The abstract should be in 10-point type size, italic, justified and consisting of 100 to 150 words, clearly outlining the contribution of your paper.

Clearly explain the nature of the problem, previous work on the matter, purpose, and contribution of the paper.

Subheadings should be numbered. Leave 1 line before and after a subheading. Paragraphs should be separated by 1 line.
2. Main Headings
Leave 2 spaces before a main heading and 1 space after. Paragraphs should be separated by 1 line.
3. Body of Paper
Technical papers should be 4 to 10 pages long.
Papers should be submitted electronically by uploading through Online Submissions in both MS Word and PDF formats.
The pages should be formatted as follows:
• Paper size: LETTER (8.5” by 11.0” or 21.6 cm by 27.9 cm).
• Margins:
-Top of first page 1.25” (3.2 cm)
-Bottom, left, and right 0.75” (1.9 cm)
-Subsequent pages 0.75” for top, bottom, left, and right 0.75” (1.9 cm)
-Space between two columns 0.5” (1.25 cm)
• Justification: Full justification of the document
• No headers and footers, no page numbers.
For the body of your document, use Times New Roman font, 10-point type size, single-spaced. The whole document should be fully justified
3.1 Tables and Graphs
Minimum 8-point type size, minimum line thickness 0.13” or .30 mm, all captions should be upper- and lower-case, unbold, and centered over one or two columns of body text (depending on the size of the graph or table).
Tables should be consecutively numbered starting from Table 1. Caption is above the table, justified 10-point type size, separated by 1 line from table headings.
Figures should be consecutively numbered starting from Figure 1. Caption is below the Figure, justified, Font size 10, separated by 1 line from end of figure.
3.2 Equations
Equations should be and consecutively numbered starting from (1).
3. Conclusion
Clearly indicate advantages, limitations, and possible applications.
References
References need to be numbered as they appear in your text ([1], [2], [3], etc) and should appear in your reference section in numerical order (not alphabetically).
