Manuscripts are considered for publication with the understanding that the works are unpublished and original, and that they have not been
submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors must complete a transfer of the Copyright form.
1. The Journal accepts both regular research papers and review papers.The paper language is English. Regular research papers describe fundamental or applied studies in depth, and they contain new data and/or new interpretations of existing data. Review papers furnish critical analyses of topical subjects.
2. Submission of Papers. The Manuscripts should be submitted through the on-line submission system.http://www.serialspublications.com/journal_form.asp?jid=433&jtype=1
3. Requirements for manuscript submission include:
• Cover letter with the paper title, full name, address and e-mail address of the corresponding author.
• Text file of the paper, double column PDF document with 10 points font for the first submission.
4. Manuscript Preparation. All manuscripts must be typewritten, double-spaced throughout, and must contain:
• Concise title — no more than 15 words
• Abstract — limited to 200 words
• Main text with references (in the proper format), tables and figures captions.
For figures that are taken from other sources, it is the author’s responsibility to obtain permission from the original author and publisher to reproduce the material. Please supply the editorial board with a copy of the written permission. The following specific items should be noted.
• SI units should be used whenever possible.
• Mathematical equations should be written on a single line, if possible, using parentheses, brackets, negative exponents, and the like.
• References must be listed at the end of the main text in the order they are cited in the text. Citations of other than the generally available literature should be avoided if possible. Follow the examples below for the format of references.
