Submission
Manuscripts should be submitted by e-mail as a file attachment in Microsoft Word format to the appropriate departmental associate editors or to the editor-in-chief. Papers should be double-spaced and usually fewer than 8,000 words, including all references, tables, graphs and appendix items. A cover page should give the title of the paper, the authors' names, addresses, institutional affiliations, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses. The first page of the manuscript should include the title of the paper and an abstract of 100-150 words. The abstract should not contain formulas. Do not include author information in the submitted paper, except on the cover page. Make papers as concise and brief as possible.
Review Process
The goal of s review process is to evaluate the accuracy and significance of the submitted manuscripts and to provide the authors with constructive and timely feedback. All submissions are to be reviewed for overall fit according to the Mission of the Journal. All papers are refereed through a double blind process by at least three members of the International Editorial Review Board of the Journal. The Journal requests that all referees complete their reviews within 6 weeks in order to permit prompt feedback to the authors. Revised papers should be reviewed within 4 weeks. Return of a manuscript to the author(s) for revision does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript for publication. The final decision will be based upon the comments of the reviewers and Associates Editors, upon their final review of the revised manuscript.
