(a) Manuscript Submission: Original manuscripts that fall within the scope of the journal should be submitted in electronic format (Word file) in English for review to the Editor-in-Chief (E-mail: ijsce.editor@gmail.com). The submission should include the following three documents:
Word File 1: Title, abstract, keywords, addresses, biographical notes (in the following guidelines)
1. Title: as short as possible
2. Author name and affiliation: full author name (do not use initials in the order of first and name), title and position, department, name of institution, full postal address and email address for each author the corresponding author should be indicated with a superscripted start [*] before the name.
3. Abstract: approximately 100 words, maximum 150
4. Keywords: approximately 6 words or phrases
5. Biographical notes: maximum 100 words per author
Word File 2: Manuscript (This document should not contain author name and affiliation.)

Paper text

The list of figure captions should be separate from the text

Figures and tables (in the end of document)
(b) Organization of the Manuscript: Articles should be approximately 5500 to 7500 words in length (note: maximum length is 7500 words including text, tables, figures and references) They should be arranged in the following order of presentation: title of paper; abstract (one paragraph, 80 to 150 words in length); 4 to 6 key words; the text;
acknowledgements (if any); references; captions to tables and figure tables and figures. For ease of review, text should be double-spaced, in a 12-point size Times New Roman font Document should be formatted for standard letter-size (216mm by 279mm) paper.
(c) Text: Text should be aligned to the left; First-Order headings (introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion. Conclusions) should be bold and in upper-case letters; Second-order handling should be bold and in upper- and in Upper and lower case letters; Third-order headings should be indented five spaces, bold, with only the first letter of the first word capitalized; Paragraphs should be indented five spaces.
(d) References and text citations: Every reference mentioned in the text, tables or figures must be given in the References section, and vice versa. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the details given in the References list are accurate and cross-checked for accuracy.
The author-date system of reference citation should be used in the text. For example, Smith et al. (1999) pointed out that…” Use “et al.” for more than two authors. Multiple citations in one parenthetical citation are separated by semicolons, e.g., (Smith 1999; Harries 2000; John et al. 2005). Do not italicize “et al.” “i.e.”, and “e.g.”
(e) Reference list: The list of references should be arranged alphabetically and numbered by author. Follow guidelines in the World List of Scientific Periodicals for abbreviations of journal titles (eg., Arch, Environ. Contam. Toxicol.; Water Resour. Res.: Can. J. Civ. Eng.).
Examples of correct forms of references:
[1] A Journal: Author AB, Author CD, Author EF. 2001. Renewable energy system. Can. J. Civ. Eng. 32(1): 254-266.
(h) Final submission: Each manuscript is normally evaluated by two anonymous referees before final evaluation by assigned Editor. Upon final acceptance, the manuscript must be submitted in an electronic format (by email in both Word and PDF formats) to
ijsce.editorgmail.com.
