Aims and Scopes: The International Journal of Intelligent Information Processing is devoted to theories, methods, and applications of intelligent information processing and related research areas. The journal will be published 2 issues each year.
Contributions on (not limited to) the following topics of interest are welcome:
· non-classical logic theories and applications,
· soft-computing theories and methods, such as neural networks, genetic algorithms, hybrid methods, rough set theory, etc
· artificial intelligence and expert systems
· certainty and uncertainty reasoning
· machine learning
· decision theory, applications, and decision support systems
· system identification, modeling, and optimization
· signal and image processing, pattern recognition
· human-machine interface
· data mining and intelligent information retrieval
· e-sciences and applications
Submission of Manuscripts
Manuscripts for publication should be in English and be submitted via e-mail to the editors-in-chiefserialspublications.india@gmail.com in MS-Word or PDF format. If authors are unable to submit their manuscripts electronically, manuscripts may be sent to:

Figures in EPS format are required to be submitted with manuscripts.
Preparation of Manuscripts: Manuscripts for publication should be prepared using MS-Word typesetting systems, basic font 10pt size. The manuscripts should be written in English and typed on A4 white paper in frames 5 × 8 inch (margins 1.635 inch on left and right, 1.69 inch on top and 2 inch on bottom). Manuscripts for publication should be submitted in pdf or ps format.
Manuscripts should be numbered and organized in the following order:
1. Title page: This page should contain the article title, author’s names and complete affiliations, the address of corresponding author.
2. Abstract page: This page should contain a concise and factual abstract in less than 150 words, a list of up to six keywords, and Mathematics Subject Classification (2000). The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.
3. The manuscript for publications.
Fonts: In manuscripts, the title should be typed in 14ptn size, bold Times font. In text, basic font should be 10pt size, Times font.
Footnotes: In text, footnotes should be avoided. If absolutely necessary,n identify them in order of their appearance and list them together at the end of the manuscripts.
Equations: All equations should be numbered in order ofn their appearance in Arabic numerals and be placed in parentheses at right margin. References to equations should use the form “Eq. (3)” or “Eqs. (3) and (4).”
Tables: All tables should be numbered in order of their appearancen in Arabic numerals and be referred in the form “Table 2” or “Tables 2 and 3.”
Figures: Figures should be accepted in EPS format with at least 300 dpi resolution. All figures should be numbered in order of their appearance in Arabic numerals and be referred in the form “Fig. 2” or “Figs. 2 and 3.”
Reference Pages: References should be cited by Arabic numerals in square
brackets as [5], [1, Theorem 1.5] in the main body of the manuscripts and be
listed in alphabetical order. For examples:

Copyright and permission declaration: Authors should present a copyright and permission declaration with their manuscripts in order to avoid illegal abuse of any copyrighted works.
Recommended Referees: Authors should list detailed addresses of three recommended referees on this page.
Copyright and Permission: Original papers only will be considered for review and publication. Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been and will not be nor is currently submitted elsewhere. A form facilitating transfer of copyright will be provided after acceptance and no paper without signed copyright transfer form will be published in the journal.
The author(s) must obtain permission from the copyright owners before submitting their manuscript if material in the manuscripts is taken from other copyrighted works. The authors are required to send a copyright and permission declaration with their manuscript.
