IJSD, a biannual (June & December) interdisciplinary journal, mainly disseminates scholarly significant articles in a broader area of Social Development by focusing on Poverty, Gender, Social Security, Social Policy, Education, Environment, Health, Disasters and so on. Prefer-ence will be given to outcomes of original research works related to social development; however, review on outcomes of original research works related to social development; sent for publication or already published elsewhere will not be accepted.
Manuscripts should be in the range of 5000-6000 worlds. Two sets of hard copies with IBM formatted 3.5 floppy have to be submitted. The article should be hard be typed (MS World) on one side of the A4 size paper and double-spaced. Contributors must provide an abstract of 200 worlds (a synthesized version of introduction and conclusions) in the first page of the article itself along with the author/s affiliation mailing address.
Reference: are to be embedded in the text in the anthropological style-e.g. (Chen, 1999). Citations should be first alphabetical and then in chronological order-e.g. (Alensina 1999. Chen, 1999; Walter 1998). Examples of the detailed style to be followed are:

All manuscripts received will be reviewed and edited accordingly before publication. Authors will be communicated within three months from the fate of receipt of the manuscript For speedy processing authors are suggested to send the manuscript in floppy with fail along with the hard copies.
