This new bi-annual Journal will be published in June and December and launched from June 2008 by International Sciences Press, F-2562, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon (Haryana), INDIA.
DESCRIPTION
The object of this journal is to publish original full length research papers in the area of System, Engineering, and Mathematics. Topics include: Artificial Intelligence, Analytical Mathematical Methods, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Theory, Numerical Methods, Robust Control, Engineering and Practical Applications concerned with the above mathematical approaches.
COPYRIGHT AND SUBMISSION
Papers considered for publications in IJCTA should be original and have not been published previously nor have submitted for consideration of publication elsewhere. Authors will be asked to sign the “transfer of copyright” agreement to publisher before publication. Manuscripts should be submitted by E-mail with PDF format to the Editor-in-Chief or any one of Associate Editors. REVIEWING PROCEDURE
The submitted papers firstly reviewed by the editor or associate editor for general suitability for publication. Once the paper passes the first step, it will be sent to the different reviewers for reviewing the paper. According to the reports from reviewers, the editor will then take his decision whether the paper accepted as it is, revised, or rejected.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The paper should be submitted with one column, double line spacing, and wide margins. The name of the author(s), full mail address, E-mail address, and telephone number, must be provided in the first page.
Abstract: The abstract contains at most 500 words. Some keywords must be provided.
Tables: Tables should be cited consecutively with Arabic numbers as Table 1, Table 2, etc. and gives a suitable caption on the top of these tables.
Figures: Figures should be cited consecutively with Arabic numbers as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc. also gives a suitable caption on the bottom of these figures.
References: References should be numbered consecutively and citation of the references in the text should be identified using numbers in square brackets such as [1], [2], and so on. Also see the following formats for book and paper:
