Indian Journal of Human Rights and the Law is a bi-annual referred Journal of Human Rights and the Law. It disseminates scholarly significant articles in a broader area of Human Rights and the Law. This focuses on poverty, unemployment, gender, discrimination, social security, public action, education, environment, health and law. The following instructions should be followed while sending the articles:
(i) Manuscript should be clearly typed, double-spaced with wide left hand margins. Two hard copies along with CD formatted should be submitted.
(ii) Brevity in the presentation of the material will be appreciated. Author[s] should ensure that the paper including graphs, tables, figures, and references does not exceed 25 printing pages - A4 size [MS-Word] in double space.
(iii) The first page should contain the following information:
(a) title of the paper, (b) name of the author[s], (c) institutional affiliation[s] and full address[es] (d) abstract not exceeding 150 words and (e) a started footnote on the same page should state acknowledgments, sources of funds, etc. if any.
(iv) All the notes should be typed consecutively and presented at the end of the paper.
(v) After the paper has been finally accepted, authors are expected to send us as electronic version in MS-Word.
(vi) Paper[s] sent for publication or already published elsewhere will not be accepted.
(vii) Bibliographical references should be given in alphabetical order after notes and will be as under:
