The International Journal of Computer Engineering (IJCE) is proposed to publish its inaugural issue in Jan 2009 from the International science Press India. It will be bi-annual and will be published in the month of June and December.
Aim and Scope: International Journal of Computer Engineering (IJCE) provides a forum to scientists, researchers, engineers and academicians to share their ideas and research in the field of computer engineering and software technology. The objective of the IJCE is to serve a better understanding between the community of researchers and practitioners from academia and industry.
IJCE invites the original contributions in all area of computer and software engineering. IJCEST accepts research papers, review results and case studies. The paper submitted to IJCEST should describe original and previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop or journal.
Topics of interest to IJCE include, but not limited to:
1. Artificial intelligence and algorithms, protocols, application software
2. Computer architecture and hardware design
3. Computer graphics, image processing and virtual reality
4. Databases and data structures
5. Formal languages, automata and their applications to computer science; formal methods and verification
6. Hypermedia and multimedia, human-computer interaction
7. Information systems engineering, information retrieval and search; information technology in education
8. Knowledge engineering; expert and knowledge-based systems, intelligent agents
9. Programming and languages
10. Proof theory and applications of logic to computer science
11. Software engineering, Agent oriented software engineering

Submission Procedure: The manuscript, in English and not to exceed 20 pages in IJCE format, must be in Microsoft-Word or PDF file. Special cases exceeding page limit will be considered. Please submit your paper to the Managing Editor: Vijay Kumar Jha e-mail: internationalsciencespress @gmail.com an e-mail attachment. The authors are advised to suggest the names of three reviewers of their field of research with their mail addresses.
Proposal for the special issue on emerging topics are also invited.
