Instruction to Author
International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Bioinformatics (IJCIB) is an international research journal, which publishes articles describing recent fundamental contributions in the field of Bioinformatics. Artificial intelligence and computational intelligence theory and their applications in Bioinformatics are the essential topics being covered.
Areas of interest include but are not limited to advances in computational molecular/structural biology, encompassing areas such as computing in biomedicine and genomics, computational proteomics and systems biology, and metabolic pathway engineering. Developments in these fields have direct implications on key issues related to health care, medicine, genetic disorders, development of agricultural products, renewable energy, environmental protection, etc. Journal publishes research articles and reviews within the whole field of bioinformatics, and it will continue to provide information on the latest trends and developments in this ever-expanding subject.

Manuscript Guidelines
1. Papers should be in English.
2. Papers for publication should be sent in triplicate to the editor:

3. Electronic manuscripts submitted in programs such as MS Word, Word Perfect, and in the PDF format are acceptable.
4. Manuscripts should be typed on A4/Letter-sized paper, double-spaced, on one side only with wide margin. The preferred typeface is Times New Roman of font size 12. All pages except for a title page should be numbered consecutively.
5. A title page of the manuscript should contain the following information: (i) title, (ii) name(s) of author(s) and institutional affiliation(s), and (iii) at least two JEL classification codes with up to five key words. Provide mailing address, e-mail address, phone, and fax numbers of the corresponding author as a footnote on the same page.
6. Any acknowledgments or information on grants may be included at the bottom of the title page. No name(s) of author(s) should appear beyond the title page.
7. The text of the article shall be preceded by an abstract of around 100 words. The abstract may be single-spaced.
8. Footnotes should be kept to a minimum and numbered consecutively with superscript Arabic numerals.
9. At the end of the text of the article, all figures and tables should start on separate pages and be numbered with Arabic numerals while the location of figures and tables should be indicated in the text.
10. References should begin on a separate page at the end of the paperSubmission of paper will be taken to imply that the paper contains an original work not previously published, or being considered elsewhere for publication.
11. Upon acceptance of an article, copyright in the article shall be transferred to the publisher in order to ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
