This special issue is to serve as a platform for sharing research findings from various research groups working across the globe in expet system formulation, condition monitoring, applied artificial intelligence and soft computing techniques. The objective is to invite full length original articles on new findings and developments from researchers, academicians and practitioners from industries, in the area of condition monitoring, machine learning, Modeling, Simulation and Analysis of engineering Systems. This issue has special emphasis on inter-disciplinary approach. Papers reporting the use of various tools for condition monitoring, expert system design, Modeling, Simulation and Analysis of real time challenges are also encouraged.

• Vibro-acoustic modeling, simulation, testing and validation
• Artificial intelligence based systems
• Machine learning and pattern recognition based models
• On-line condition monitoring systems for engineering equipments
Submission Guidelines and Important Dates
Manuscripts should be in English and normally not exceed 7000 words in length. The template for the journal can be downloaded from http://www.serialspublications.com/journals1.asp?jid=584&dtype=1&jtype=1 All contributions will be subjected to a blind review process. Manuscripts must be sent electronically to the following email addresses:s_babu@cb.amrita.edu, with the subject title as: “Special Issue –IJAAIES” in Word document not later than 30 October 2011.
