AIM AND SCOPE: “INDIAN JOURNAL OF MAHEMETICS AND MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES” is proposed to be published biannually from 2005, by SERIALS PUBLICATIONS. The aim is to publish original research articles, case studies, reports devoted to applications of Mathematics in Economics, Finance, Banking, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematical Modeling, Operations Research, Numerical Methods, Biostatistics, Neural Network, Chaos, Fractals and many more disciplines.
MANUSCRIPTS: Manuscripts should be typewritten, double spaced with sufficient margins on A-4 size paper. The first pageshould contain the title followed by author’s name and mailing address preferably with e.mail id. The text should be in 12 points-Times New Roman. The text should include only required background for the defined problem. The manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate to Editor–In–Chief or Editorial Board Member.

Every manuscript must contain a concise abstract, with no more that 250 words followed by key-words and 2000 mathematics subject classification code. Tables and figures should be numbered and have the titles and captions. Arrange references alphabetically by surnames of the first author and cite them year-wise in parenthesis in the text. Give full names of the journals. Include in the list of references, only those works cited and avoid citing works which are “in preparation” or “submitted”. Acknowledgements, if any, may be placed at the end of the paper just before the references.
Sequence of write–up should be
Title - Names of Authors – addresses – e.mail id. – Abstract – Key Words – classification code – Introduction – Assumptions & Notations – Model Formulation – Sensitivity – Conclusions – Acknowledgements – References – Appendix (if needed).
Please, give names of 5 – referees with e.mail. ids while submitting the article.
