Next Special Issue Human Rights in india
Indian Journal of Human Rights and Justice is a bi-annual refereed journal of Human Rights. It disseminates scholarly significant articles in a broader area of Human Rights and Justice.
The notion of human rights and social justice is the most precious legacy of contemporary human though. The struggle to preserve, protect and promote the basis human values, often phrased as rights concept, has continued in every generation in each society. In recent years, new vulnerable groups have emerged with their own problems, so new human rights. The journal aims to publish papers on the problems of vulnerable group such as women, children, poor, aged, SCST, indigenous people, physically and mentally challenbged persons, etc.
Through this cell we encourage original research papers from legal scholars, academicians and social scientist on issue of law, human rights and social sciences concerning vulnerable groups. Submissions should be within the world limit of 6000-8000 worlds. The papers should not have simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere.
The authors are requested to send their contributions well typed in double space on paper, with a wide margin. For references the authors can follow the general guidelines as specified for articles in the international standard journals. Two copies of the manuscript, written in English along with soft copy.
