Every manuscript must contain a concise abstract, with no more than 250 worlds followed by keywords and 2000 mathematics subject classification number. Tables and figures should be numbered and have titles and caption. Arrange references alphabetically by surnames of the first authors and cite them numerically the text. Ensure the references and quoted accurately, and use the standard abbreviations for journals name prepared by the American Mathematical Society.
