The aim of International Journal of VLSI Design is to disseminate state-of-the-art research papers in the areas VLSI design, EDA tools, System design and analysis, rapid prototyping, simulation, testing and verification. The journal values the theory as well as applications; however preference will be given to application oriented work elaborating the theory with respect to the intended implementation. The scope also includes papers the address technical trends, pressing issues, and educational aspects in VLSI Design.
The journal aims to endow with a dynamic high-quality international forum for original papers and tutorials by academic, industrial, and other scholarly contributors in VLSI Design. The editorial board comprises of leading professionals in the area of VLSI design form both academia and corporate sector.

Extended Methods
Full Length Articles: In this section, novel peer-reviewed findings in all areas of VLSI Design will be considered for publication based on the blind peer review atleast by two referees.
Cutting Edge Articles: Cutting Edge is the rapid publication section presenting short reports describing significant advances in an area of VLSI design. Manuscripts submitted for consideration in this section should present scientifically technically sound and novel research in a clear and concise fashion, and contain pinpoint conclusions. Chief criteria for acceptance are scientific novelty and quality, originality, clarity, and conciseness. In addition to research articles, the Cutting Edge section will publish invited brief commentaries on subjects of broad interest to VLSI Designers.
Brief Reviews: The journal will publish a small number of invited reviews occasionally. These reviews are four to six journal pages in length, including illustrations and references. They should cover a focused area on the advancing edge of VLSI Design and provide a balanced view of current research that can be understood by researches outside of that specialty. Authors interested in submitting an article to Brief Reviews should submit a proposal, including an outline of the proposed review, by e-mail to the Editor-in-Chief.
In This Issue: A small number of papers regarded by the Editor in Chief and any member of Editorial Board as the top 10% in their field will be highlighted in this section.
Letters to the Editor: The Editor-in-Chief will encourage brief letters (250 words or less) of general interest, commenting on work published in the journal within the previous three months. A limited number of letters will be selected for publication. The authors of the Original work will be invited to respond, and both the original letter and the authors' response will be published together. If you are interested in commenting on a published paper, e-mail the Editor-in-Chief.
Author Guidelines
Manuscripts should be strictly submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through email ijvlsi@gmail.com to the Editor In Chief. The manuscript should be in word format Although there is no page limit, lengthy articles more than six journal pages are discouraged. Email submissions are accepted to facilitate rapid publication and minimize administrative costs. The corresponding author should take the responsibility for the paper during submission, peer review and incorporation of the referee comments. All manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by the Editor-in Chief and if not rejected right away by peer- reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors. The journal reserves the copyright once the article is accepted for publication. All the disputes regarding such matters will be settled only in jurisdiction of India.
