• Papers must be typed in a font according to the table given below, and be presented in single column format with double line spacing on A4 paper, with a maximum word count of 6000 (excluding figures). All pages should be numbered.
• A final paper which would exceed 6000 words or occupy more than 20 pages of the Journal may be returned for abridgement.
• The text of the paper should include title, abstract, text, references and notes, tables, figure captions, figures, but not the names of authors, their biographical notes nor any acknowledgements. Please make sure that authors' names are not included in the document/file properties.
• All papers must be written in UK English. If English is not your first language, please seek help from an English-speaking colleague to proofread your paper.
Guidelines for Title, abstract, keywords, addresses, biographical notes:
• Title : as short as possible
• Abstract: approximately 100 words, maximum 250 words
• Keywords: approximately 3-6 words or phrases.
• Address : position, department, name of institution, full postal address and email address for each author
• Biographical notes: approximately 100 words per author, maximum 150.
References and notes
• References should be made only to the works that are published, accepted for publication (not merely 'submitted'), or available through libraries or institutions. Any other source should be qualified by a note regarding availability.
• Footnotes should be avoided, but any short, succinct notes making a specific point, may be placed in number order following the alphabetical list of references.
• Number citations consecutively in square brackets [1].

Figures
• All illustrations, whether diagrams or photographs, are referred to as Figures. They should be black and white, not colour, and numbered sequentially.
• This Length Policy Document provides guidance on the expected length of original papers.
o Less than 3000 words Less than 12 Figures
o Between 3000 and 4500 words Less than 10 Figures
o Between 4500 and 5000 words Less than 8 Figures
o Between 5000 and 6000 words Less than 6 Figures
• If you are importing your graphics into this Word template, please use the following steps:
o Under the option EDIT select PASTE SPECIAL. A dialog box will open, select paste picture, then click OK. Your figure should now be in the Word Document.
o If you are preparing images in TIFF, EPS, or PS format, note the following. High-contrast line figures and tables should be prepared with 600 dpi resolution and saved with no compression, 1 bit per pixel (monochrome), with file names in the form of “fig3.tif” or “table1.tif.”
• Use the abbreviation “Fig. 1,” even at the beginning of a sentence.
• Use the abbreviation “Table I,” even at the beginning of a sentence.
• Use Arabic numbers for figures and Roman numbers for tables.

Units of measurement
• Please follow the SI units of measurement.
• Imperial units will be converted, except where conversion would affect the meaning of a statement, or imply a greater or lesser degree of accuracy.
Abbreviations and Acronyms
Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text, even after they have been defined in the abstract.
Equations
Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin, as in (1).
SECTIONS TITLES AND SUBTITLES
Roman numbering is used for section titles. Alphabetic numbering is used for section subtitles.
