Manuscript Submission: Contributions include research papers, reviews, short communications and Letters to the Editor. Papers will be communicated and recommended for publication by the members of the Editorial Board to the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief will then have the final decision about which papers will be submitted to the publisher. Members of the Editorial Board must have received the positive reaction of at least three experts in the area before recommending a paper for publication.
Manuscripts should be submitted, in triplicate, to the Central office (see address below) or to any of the members of the editorial board. Submission by e-mail is preferred in pdf and latex form at the same time. Original papers will only be considered. Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has never been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. Once a paper is accepted for publication in JNSTA, the author is assumed to have transferred copyright to the Publisher.
The manuscript, including the abstract, references, figure captions and labeling, must be written in good English. It should be on good letter- or A4-size paper and be neatly typeset with double spacing and wide margins around the text. Use only one side of the paper. Each page should be numbered. Page 1 should contain the title, the name(s) of the author(s), the full address(es) of the author(s) [including the e-mail address(es), if any], the abstract and the key words.
Complicated formulae should be avoided in the title as well as in the abstract. Footnotes in the first page may also include supporting grants, presentations, etc. Footnotes should be indicated by superscript*, etc. Statements of Lemmas, Propositions and Theorems should be set in italics.
Footnotes on pages other than the first should be avoided. Titles of all principal Sections, Acknowledgement, and Appendices should be typed centered capitalized bold face in the same font as the manuscript.
References. References should be complete and contain the title of the paper or book being cited; use standard abbreviations for journal names. References should he cited in the text as, e.g. [2] or [4, Theorem 8], etc. References may be organized using the following style:
Superscript Arabic numerals in the text, numbered in order of appearance, corresponding to a numbered list of references, e.g.:
[1] S. Boyd, L. El Ghaoui, E. Feron, Linear Matrix inequalities in System and Control Theort, Philadelphia:
SIAM, 1994.
Abstract: The abstract must summarize the main result (s) and, possibly, the method(s) used. If the paper is a survey paper, it must be indicated so in the abstract. The abstract must not contain more than 250 words.
Figures: If any, figures should be sent as: fair copy on paper. whenever possible scaled to about 2000o, or as EPS file (Encapsulated Postscript. in addition, all figures and tables should be numbered and the appropriate space reserved in the text, with the insertion point clearly indicated.
Acknowledgement: If any, acknowledgement may be placed at the end of the paper. just before the references.
Proofs: One set of galley proofs of a paper will be sent to the author submitting the paper, unless requested otherwise, without the original manuscript, for corrections after the paper is accepted for publication on the basis of the recommendation of referees. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.

NB: Every submitted paper will be acknowledged and refereed, hut it will not he returned to the author(s). When a paper has been accepted, a submission of TEX or LATEX files for the final version -will expedite publication. Figures may be submitted as Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) files.
