Submission of manuscripts
Submission of electronic manuscripts (as PDF or Microsoft Word doc files) by e-mail is encouraged. The text, tables and figures in a manuscript are included in a single PDF or doc file. Keep the file at a size (normally less than 2 MB) suitable for sending by e-mail for reviewing. A cover letter should be in the e-mail message. Manuscripts should be sent by e-mail to:

Alternatively, hard copies of manuscripts are acceptable for exceptional cases. Submit three copies of the manuscript to the above-noted address.
