nternational Journal of Nano Electronics, Circuits and Systems (IJMNECS) is an international Journal devoted to science and technology of all types of electronic components. The journal comprises original and significant experimental and theoretical contributions on a wide array of topics relating to the theory, design, performance, circuit applications and reliability of electronic devices (like transistors, HEMT etc) optoelectronic devices, solid state devices, single electron devices, spintronic devices, integrated circuits, semiconductor materials, thin/thick film materials analogue and digital circuit design, microwave circuits and systems, energy sources, power devices, displays, sensors, electro-mechanical devices, photovoltaic, transport in electronic materials, VLSI technology, system on chip and embedded systems. The wide scope of the Journal encompasses Low power VLSI system systems, wireless communications and signal processing, portable communications and multimedia devices and architectures for low power devices and components.
Review articles tutorials, and short communications on these topics are also considered for publication and occasional special issues appear to present a collection of papers which treat particular areas in more depth and breadth.
Article submitted for publication must be in English and must follow a prescribed format. All articles will be subjected to a critical peer-review prior to publication.
Information for Authors/ Contributors:
