Submission of manuscript: The paper under submission should not be published, copyrighted and submitted elsewhere. Two hard copies (or via email) of the paper should be submitted either to editor-in-chief or to any member of the editorial board. The author/authors is/are required submitting the electronic version upon or prior to the acceptance of paper. The acceptance of the paper implies the copyright transfer to the publications automatically.
INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS: Manuscript of the paper should be in English and prepared with double spacing on a good quality A4 size paper by using LATEX or AMS-LATEX, however, AMS-LATEX will be preferred. The title should be brief, but informative, the name(s) and address of the author(s) should be typed in bold. A brief abstract followed by a introduction is required. Key words and phrases and 2000 Mathematics subject classification codes are also needed. The References should be in alphabetical order following the AMS style
