Submission of manuscripts:
Contributions to International Journal of Materials, Manufacturing and Optimization (IJMMO) are welcome from throughout the world. Papers should be directly submitted to the Editor-in-Chief, Dr.A.Noorul Haq (anhaq@nitt.edu) in the form of MS word (or) PDF file through e-mail. Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Reviewing Process:
In order to shorten the time involved in the reviewing process, provide a list of SIX possible reviewers (Name, address, phone number, fax number and E-mail address). There may arise situations where we may use one of those names in addition to our list of regular referees. Manuscripts that lack clarity in presentation will not be sent for review.
Typing:
All manuscript should be written in English, should be double-spaced using 12 Times New Roman font, and usually 15 to 30 typed pages in length. Margins on top, side and bottom of all pages should have at least one-inch. The title should be brief. The paper should be headed by the name(s) of the author(s) and his/her (their) affiliation(s) along with E-mail ID followed by a short abstract. In the case of co-authors, it should be clearly indicated who is to receive correspondence and proofs for correction. Keywords should be provided (no more than 5). Author’s identifications should not be there in the full paper.
Tables and Figures:
Tables should be cited consecutively with Arabic numbers as Table 1, Table 2, etc. and give a suitable caption on the top of these tables. Figures should be cited consecutively with Arabic numbers as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc. also give a suitable caption on the bottom of these figures. Mathematical equations should be written using Microsoft equation editor.
Acknowledgements:
Acknowledgements, if any, should be placed between conclusions and references (not more than three lines).
References:
References should be quoted in the text as: Haq & Vrat (2002) or Haq et al. (1998).
In the reference list, Journals [1], Conference proceedings [2], books [3] should be cited in accordance with the following examples:

Proofs in PDF format will be sent to the corresponding author via e-mail and should be returned with 5 days of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors.
Copyright:
The corresponding author must sign the “Transfer of copyright” agreement before the article can be published.
