International Journal of Material Science and Electronics Research (IJMSER) is an international journal published two times per a year, covers theoretical and experimental, in the realm of solid state physics, solid state chemistry and material science.
Aim and Scope: International Journal of Material Science and Electronics Research (IJMSER) is devoted to full-length research papers and review articles on characterization, processing, properties and performance of materials. The Editors welcome manuscripts on semiconductors and electronic materials, alloys, metals, composite materials, ceramics, oxide materials, glasses solids, superconductors, inorganic materials, organic semiconductors and polymers, thin films, nano-materials, solid state, solidification, thermal evaporation, sputtering, vapour deposition and other deposition methods, electronic devices; metal-organic-inorganic semiconductor device, organic solar cell, organic-inorganic device, organic light emitting diode, metal–insulator–semiconductor structures, organic-organic thin film transistors, sensors, photovoltaic devices.
Submission of Manuscripts:
International Journal of Material Science and Electronics Research (IJMSER) is a refereed journal. The manuscript should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief or to an appropriate member of the Editorial Board. In order to minimize the time involved in reviewing process, authors must provide a list of three knowledgeable reviewers’ names in the area with full postal and email addresses. The electronic version should be prepared using LaTex, MS Word, or WordPerfect. All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher. All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten, double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of no more than 100 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.
All manuscripts should be addressed to the Editor
