INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF JURISPRUDENCE AND PHILOSOPHY OF LAW is published by the Serials Publications. It is devoted to the publication of original papers of high standard in the area of jurisprudence, Philosophy of Law and also new emerging areas in Law. The objective of this journal is to encourage research with international relevance into the basic questions.
Editorial correspondence, including manuscripts for submission of papers, should be sent to the Serials Publications, 4830/24, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002 (India). Articles should be between 3000 to 6000 words, two copies of which should be submitted. They should be typed on one side of the paper, double spaced with ample margins, and contain authors/contributor’s name and his/her institutional affiliation along with the complete mailing address. An abstract of 150-200 words should be included. Notes and References should appear at the end of the articles.
Only papers which have not been published elsewhere will be considered. Proofs should be corrected by the authors and sent back to the Journal at the Delhi address within ten days. Major changes/modifications to the text are not acceptable.
Copyright to the articles published in the Journal shall remain vested with the Journal.
