International Journal of Industrial Engineering Practices (IJIEP) is a bi annual journal aimed at examining all the area of industrial engineering aspects which bridge the gap between theory and practice. The main aim of IJIEP is to present state of-the-art, high quality, research developments in all areas of industrial engineering, including applications in industry and services, to a broad audience of academics and professionals.
Contents: IJIEP encourages to submit original manuscripts that are conceptual, case studies, or empirically-based and Book reviews focus on the following or other areas related to broad area of Industrial Engineering, but are not limited to:
Case studies in industry and services
Facility location, layout, design and materials handling
Inventory, logistics and transportation
Operations & Project Management
Forecasting, production planning and control
Scheduling in industry and service
Total quality management and quality engineering
Operations Research/Optimization Techniques
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Systems reliability engineering
Human factors and ergonomics in design
Simulation modelling and analysis
Robotics and automation
Concurrent engineering and system design
Computer integrated manufacturing systems
