Widows are those women whose husbands have been killed in conflict. Sexually violated women are those who have faced sexual violence due to conflict like raped, molested and harassed women. Moreover, disadvantaged group consists of those women whose are family members of killed persons, arrested, interrogated and tortured persons and disappeared persons. Socially excluded women involve registered migrant women and unregistered internally displaced women. Gripped by the armed conflict many Kashmiris have been forced to abandon their birthplace due to the complex situation thus making the life of women more dejected and disorganized. Intact women are those women who are facing indirect experiences of armed conflict. Conflict prevents these women from continuing their daily lives and hinders their personal development. Such women comprise of homemakers, Students and professionals. Home makers include housewives, in-house girls and elderly women at home. Students include girls from higher secondary schools, degree colleges, professional colleges and universities. Professionals consists of women from various economic sectors i.e., teachers, doctors, engineers, corporate workers, entrepreneurs, agriculturists, cottage workers and hawkers.
